Colleen O’Neil brings remarkable credentials and impeccable skill sets in assisting others with creating exceptional agreements. She is a trained mediator, trained educator, trained therapist and trained life coach. She has been helping individuals, children, couples and families for more than a decade, and creating a space for individuals where they feel as though they have known her for a lifetime.

Colleen worked for the Cambridge, MA District Attorney’s office assisting victims of violence, homicide, rape, and child abuse. She also trained law enforcement and professionals in victim services, empowering them with the knowledge and skill sets necessary to help victims.

After her experience working with the District Attorney’s office, Colleen earned a Master’s degree in Education and became an educator in Connecticut. 

Subsequent to Colleen’s departure from teaching, she attended Columbia University where she earned her Master’s degree in Social Work and opened a private therapy practice in Westport, Connecticut.

Colleen is a board member of Shared Parenting Council of Connecticut working hard to improve state laws and policies governing divorce, parenting and family court processes. 

Colleen’s work is focused extensively as a Relationship expert, Divorce Mediator and Life Coach. Her additional mediation and life coach training, coupled with her personal and professional experience in the area of relationships and divorce is what makes Colleen an accomplished, qualified, and competent mediator to assist you with creating your tailored mediation agreement. 

Colleen maintains a private mediation and divorce coaching practice in Westport, Connecticut additionally she is available to travel to clients, as well as video conferencing.
